Note: CC was unable to sit for this hearing as she became a member of the HDC after this application was initially presented.
Carmela and Serge Paccaud, 71 Church Street (Map 43, Parcel 82) replacement of railings along the perimeter of the porch. Continued from Sept. 7, 2010 and September 21, 2010. At the September 21st meeting, the applicant was advised that the Commission would need drawings and photographs for the meeting of October 5.
Mr. Paccaud presented his application with new drawings and photographs to illustrate the proposed hand rail.
ES made a motion to accept the plan as presented and KF seconded the motion. The Commission voted to approve 3-0.
ES made a motion to adjourn at 6:00 pm and KF seconded the motion. The Commission voted to approve 3-0.
JH made a motion to adjourn and ES seconded the motion. The Commission voted to adjourn at 6:10 pm.
